This is for William - he answered my desperate call about my daughter's car and even though he could not help specifically due to insurance reasons - he went above and beyond to talk to his general manager to point me towards another shop - who accepted the vehicle and could help us more than I expected! Gerber should write the book on customer service. I was called on Tuesday and Thursday to update me on the status of my repairs. I was sent a text saying my car was ready to go home; loved it, . They gave me a ride to Enterprise to get my rental car because Enterprise never showed up to pick me up. They stepped in to help me when another business failed to show customer service. I am most grateful for the woman at the Gerber on Capital Circle who told me I could try another Gerber since it would be January 4th until they could fix my car. I tried the one at 2751 W. Tennessee and they estimated it on 12/13/22, took the car in on 12/19/22 and got the car back repaired on 12/28/22 even though it was a holiday week! Casey S. was a great estimator. From the beginning to the end of the process, the employees here went above and beyond. Noah, Sam, and Trey were a huge help. Before I decided to go with Gerber I spoke with Noah, the painter at the shop had me sold on using Gerber. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a huge help the entire process. I would recommend to everybody to use Gerber based on the help and quality work Noah and his coworkers provided. They repaired my truck in less than a week. My truck looks better now than before it got damaged.
