The team at Gerber was great. From Misha (sp?) to Mike, I felt like they cared and that my van was in great hands. The repairs were done quickly and with a high level of quality. They did an awesome job....from the first walk around to assess the damage all the way to my picking up my car. They were friendly, professional, and exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was ready sooner than expected ... the friendly and knowledgeable staff helped with getting a loaner car plus getting us a discount. My carvwas cleaner than when i dropped it off....I would recommend this business wholeheartedly.

My husband's Jeep Renegade was rear-ended by a teenage driver. The bumper had a big wrinkle and some damage that wasn't visible until Gerber removed it. Gerber was one of the collision shops recommended by our insurer, and we would highly recommend them, too. The job was done sooner than promised and the car looks brand new. They washed it, too.

Service was excellent. It took a long time to get the parts but that was not Gerber's fault. Once the parts came in and I dropped off the vehicle everything went quicker than expected. The repair looks great! Gerber even contacted the rental car facility for me to be picked up and then I just dropped off the rental to Gerber when picking up my vehicle. It all went smooth and seamless. Thanks Gerber!!!!
