The staff was very friendly and helpful, made you feel like family. My truck door had deep scratches in it and they were able to buff them out leaving it looking brand new. They even washed it before sending me home. Great service would return here for any future needs.

I was very impressed with the service received at this Gerber locations. This was the first time that I had heard of this collision center and was somewhat apprehensive about bring my vehicle for repair. Inasmuch, the repair costed less, completed professionally, and service was outstanding.

Feedback: Satisfied Customer Comments: When accidents happen and you without your only transportation it is as if your life is at a standstill. Dealing with the insurance company is hard enough. I chose Gerber for the repairs to my vehicle due to the Great reviews from friends who have used Gerber in the past. These guys were great. I must say I honestly feel that Gerber was there for me way more than my insurance company ever could be. I was in desperate need of a vehicle during the time my car was being repaired. Gerber came through for me with a very nice rental which is more than I can say for my insurance company. They kept me updated with step-by-step repairs. My car was actually finished before the estimated date. And to top it all off these guys actually cleaned my car inside and out. Something that I was dreading to have to do. ... As far as the repairs go I am very pleased the suspension was completely ripped out of my car but now my car drives like a dream. I would honestly recommend Gerber to all my friends and family actually to anyone who needed repairs. The ladies who work in the office were very pleasant and very understanding when it came to my concerns. I will definitely be using them again. read more
