After a deer hit my car, I chose the Statesville,NC location of Gerber Collision because it was one of my insurance company's preferred providers. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and I knew where my vehicle was in the repair process. Amelia did a great job walking us through the initial process and was able to transfer us to the Cornelius location to get a faster repair. Jessica made sure our paperwork was in order. David helped us out when there was an issue with the repair while we were in Charleston, SC. He set us up with the Charleston, SC Gerber Collision and went above and beyond our expectations in letting us know the next steps to get the issue resolved. Our unfortunate repair was handled with the most professional process and we were informed of the status concerning our repair almost daily. Amila was so nice and called us to let us know the target date repairs would be completed. The vehicle was ready on the day it as promised. I appreciate the work hat Gerber did on our vehicle.

Amelia and her team did a great job with the repair of my vehicle. Despite Hyundai parts being back ordered, they were still able to repair within good timing & it looked great when I picked my car up! I have custom parts in my bumper area that they were also able to place back on since they were not damaged, and I really appreciated that. Should I ever need repair on my car again, I will be going to Gerber Collision in Statesville, NC.

This is our third time using Gerber Collision and we are so happy. We came here after using another company for many many years when an insurance company required us to use Gerber and we were so happy with the service we received. We became loyal customers immediately. We manage a fleet of about 35 vehicles and anytime there is damage, Gerber is now our go to repair shop. We receive timely and consistent updates on our vehicle that go to everyone involved within the company, that communication is golden for us. All of the Gerber employees are beyond friendly anytime you speak with them. No one ever wants damage to a vehicle, but we are thankful that when it does occur we can count on a place like Gerber.
