I brought the car in on Monday am for an estimate without an appt. I was greeted and treated welcomely and immediately. The insurance company received the information from Gerber right away and by early afternoon all repairs were scheduled for Wednesday. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently and for less money than originally quoted. Yay! I felt this to be an extremely honest move on their part as I would never have known that one of the pieces didn't need to be used. It is 4pm on Wed and the truck is repaired AND cleaned. Hoping I won't need to use them again anytime soon but definitely will recommend them and come back to them if the need arises.

I am really happy with the work done. I had my rear bumper repaired after an accident. The job was done in less then 2 days and my car looks as good as new. They even drove me home and back up to get my car. Added bonus they cleaned the inside of my car and it smells great. Everyone i dealt with were very friendly. I chose this location because was close to my house but after using then i would go back for work again and recommend even if it required more driving.

They do the right thing. We went to a competitor initially, but we got inconsistent results from the people. The people here at Gerber are phenomenal. They take care of you from start to finish and give you good quality work. We even had another perceived issue (which in retrospect wasn't) but they took care of it. Great price and great quality and a USAA repair facility. I'd go back to them in a heartbeat.

This is the second time we have had need of Gerber's service. The body work was very well done. It appears impossible to determine where the scrape was. The only negative was that the mirror in the right front review mirror housing almost fell out of the housing of the new right front rear view mirror assembly the first time the car was hand washed after receiving the car back from the repair. timely estimate-- very friendly--answered all questions--updated us on progress of collision repair--nicely located--had a very clean truck on the outside and inside after repair-- collision repair looked really good and matched the rest of the truck great. thanks again for good service

The staff at this location were very attentive, polite, and accurate. They were straight to the point and took are of everything without much effort on my end. I would definitely recommend and would return to this location again if the need ever arises.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and kept me informed about the process and kept me updated on a daily basis. The shop manager was extremely helpful and went out of his way to explain the process in detail and made sure I had no question really great service. The work on my car came out amazing I have custom paint on my car I was extremely worried about the if it was going to match but they matched it. Also to top it off I started a new job and really needed my car back A.S.A.P. they rushed but didn't skip corners and even waited after business hours to return my car what a great service I highly recommend Gerber collision and glass and would never consider another body shop. If you want your vehicle to be done correct and want first class customer service Gerber is the way to go.
