I could not be happier with the service at Gerber in St. Charles, IL. Beginning with the guy who gave me the estimate, to the absolutely helpful and friendly "gal" in the office to the rental car company the service was "top drawer"!! I will always recommend Gerber to anyone! Sad to say, that in this day and age when you are promised something it usually doesn't happen. However, Gerber promised that my car would be done by the end of the day and it was done by mid-morning!! What a happy surprise!!

This place was ABSOLUTELY amazing. From the time I walked in, I was treated with courtesy, was given a rental car at the Gerber Promo price (i.e. a brand new mini-van to fit my three car seats as requested) and I returned it back within 3 days! The work was done in three days!! Everything was done beyond measure... For example, I opened the car door and the whole inside had been detailed (which I was NOT expecting as I had made a detail appt. for that weekend at another place) and the outside was completely waxed, rims and all. The work done was at an insanely reasonable price and I could not ask for anything better... This place hit it out of the park! Thanks Gerber St. Charles!! :-)

Excellent repair and customer services. My rental car was ordered as promised, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My car was beautifully repaired in the time promised, was washed and vacuumed and looked like new. I would and will recommend Gerber in St. Charles to anyone. Very pleased!
