Took our car here. They had it for almost a month, with zero communication. Finally picked it up last week. Once we had it for a day or so, realized the bumper wasn't clipped on, there's a coupler not hooked up and dangling. This is a SAFETY issue. Called the shop. Told we have to make an appointment. Only Chad can handle this and nobody else will help. Made an appt for Chad this morning. He called off because of his dog and nobody else can help. Took off work for today to accommodate Gerber NOT DOING THEIR JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE. I want my car fixed. You people got paid. Why is my car not fixed? Now has a parts hanging off of it. Possibly causing damage to these parts. And, ITS A SAFETY CONCERN.

Chad and the team at Gerber Collision & Glass did a Wonderful job repairing the damage to my Honda Civic when I was rearended. They were courteous, friendly, spoke clearly, and did just what they said. Chad continuously sent messages letting me know what was going on and when he estimated the car would be ready. Also letting me know extra damage that we didn't see initially that was repaired. Thank You Chad and the team that did a wonderful job on my car!!

JW was more than patient and informative on what I should expect. Not only that, he was genuinely concerned about how I was doing after seeing the extreme damage of my truck. Hope never to be an accident similar to the one I was in but will not hesitate to return to Gerber Collison.
