This is the second time in a year that I have used this location and they were great to work with. The first time I had hood damage from being egged while driving and this time someone backed into me in a parking lot. The staff were so helpful and informative that it made the whole process easier. They made arrangements for the rental car and kept me informed on how things were going with the repairs. I would refer this location to anyone!!

Gerber Collisions repaired my Jeep within the time they said they would. Kept in contact with me for the progress of the repairs. The rental was arranged, and all I had to do was drop off the vehicle and show up to pick it up. The work itself was Completed as if there was never any damage to the vehicle. Impressed and thank you Gerber Staff!

The repair on my car was above and beyond expectations and delivered in a timely manner. I was thoroughly impressed with your facility, your office staff and especially Ken W., the estimator. Not only was the repair above expectations, the car was washed and cleaned inside and out and even the trunk was vacuumed. This job was completed beyond our exceptions. They went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb(saw things I did not). When we picked up the vehicle did not think it was ours . Looked better than new. The service we received was like none other. A great big THANK YOU.
