I live in Coeur d'Alene, ID so I took my Honda CRV to the Gerber's near my home. They were 2 weeks before they could even look at it. Fortunately they are a national company and said that they could call the other Gerber's in Spokane, WA to see if they could fit me in sooner. One day later I get a call from Michael from the Spokane Gerber's and he had it in for evaluation and getting all the parts needed for the repair. Michael called me every Tuesday and Thursday with an update. When my car was ready Michael drove my car to my home. My little Honda looked brand new! However it had a slight shutter at slow speed. Without any hesitation Michael took it back and resolved the issue. The battery needed replaced from the impact, but some software codes needed reset. Upon receiving my car back it looks and drive great. Michael and Gerber's was ... great. I hope to never need auto body work on a car again, but if I do, Gerber's is the only choice. This is the second time in a year that I have used this location and they were great to work with. The first time I had hood damage from being egged while driving and this time someone backed into me in a parking lot. The staff were so helpful and informative that it made the whole process easier. They made arrangements for the rental car and kept me informed on how things were going with the repairs. I would refer this location to anyone!!

Gerber Collisions repaired my Jeep within the time they said they would. Kept in contact with me for the progress of the repairs. The rental was arranged, and all I had to do was drop off the vehicle and show up to pick it up. The work itself was Completed as if there was never any damage to the vehicle. Not only was the repair above expectations, the car was washed and cleaned inside and out and even the trunk was vacuumed.
