And very friendly and informative. Mark was very friendly also and explained and gave me confidence that Gerber would take good care of my car repairs. Marianne was also very friendly and answered all the questions I had about this process. Thanks to all who were behind the scenes who also worked on my car. I was very pleased with the results of my repair. It is almost impossible to tell where the damage was on the rear end of my car. The staff that I communicated with while my car was being repaired could not have been more professional and friendly. The repairs did take a little longer than was originally thought, however some parts had to be special ordered. Would definitely recommend this service center to anyone in need of body repair.
