I was very pleased with the results of my repair. It is almost impossible to tell where the damage was on the rear end of my car. The staff that I communicated with while my car was being repaired could not have been more professional and friendly. The repairs did take a little longer than was originally thought, however some parts had to be special ordered. Would definitely recommend this service center to anyone in need of body repair.

My neighbor recently backed out of her driveway into my back passenger door since my car was parked on the street. She had USAA insurance which took responsibility for my auto repair. They referred Gerber Collision & Glass. I had never worked with you all before, but am so happy I did. The customer service here was outstanding! I had an appointment for the auto repair estimates on Friday, April 13th. I walked in and was greeted with a smile from the front desk. The estimator, Ryan R., was very kind and professional. He explained the process and ensured I would be taken care of. I booked a reservation to have my car door repaired and was out in less than 30 minutes. When I dropped my car off on the day of the reservation, I was happy that there wasn't a lot of paperwork. The rental car showed up immediately after arriving there. The ... next day, the estimator called and said my car was ready! My car looked brand new after being repaired. They even took care of the rust on the very edge of my driver door from buffing the paint out to match with the rest of the car.
