Having had someone key the drivers side of my car while at the grocery store ... SUCKS! Scot (the estimator) was very personable and helpful with getting a perfect repair, (plus a car wash, in & out)! So, to hope nothing else goes sour with my ... My insurance company chose Gerber for my repairs. I am so happy they did. Service was excellent. They kept me updated along the way. They even cleaned my car. My car had not been cleared in years. I was surprised by what a great job they did. I strongly recommend them.

These people know what they are doing. Great customer service. They work well with your insurance company and car rental company. Their work is outstanding. They keep in touch with you and will give you feedback on Tuesday and Thursdays. Everyone is extremely nice. Hopefully I wont need their service again but if anyone out there need their services I highly recommend these people.

I was pleased with the work done on my 2018 Lincoln MKC. Mine was a parking lot incident and I was not a happy person. The other person admitted fault but Allstate made me pay 40%. The employees were very caring and got the job done quickly as I had to go out of town for a wedding and they hopped on it I and I was able to make the wedding. They did everything possible to make it as pleasant an experience as it could be. I will refer my friends.
