Having an auto accident is nerve wracking but Gerber provided excellent service which helped so much. From my first phonecall Gerber was accommodating because I was not able to get into the shop. They just took information over the phone and got to work. Don F was outstanding. His updates every Tuesday and Thursday were detailed, and I felt that he was mindful of the fact that I had to pay for a rental car and that work on the car had to be done as quickly as possible. It was a pleasure to work with him and the rest of the staff. Thank You!

Great experience. Barb P. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She walked us through the whole process and made the whole interaction pleasant and simple. Barb kept us updated about our repairs and took care of all our insurance questions, paperwork and payments. We received our car back before the estimated time of completion and work is definitely high quality. Gerber Collision did an amazing job with the repair and not only that, they constantly kept me up-to-date with what was going on while they had my vehicle. I have to say, my favorite part is that they clean the inside and outside of your car before returning it to you! I had a bad year of car accidents myself with two damages and Gerber Collision is my go to choice from now on.

Wonderful work! The service tech even went out in the freezing cold to rub some yellow marker paint off a signal light. Also, somehow I forgot my cell phone and left it in the loaner the day I picked up my car. Barb ran out to the loaner, retrieved it and hand-carried it to me the next day when I stopped to pick it up so I wouldn't have to get out in the cold. Employees like Gerber has keep customers like me coming back.
