OMG can't be happier right now. Chris and Christian took an old lady that was kinda angry because taking long for a part for a car I purchased through carvana. Anyway appointment had to be moved yet again dealer sent wrong part. I mentioned during the estimate phase how crazy the rocker panel molding was making me. One of the clips has disengaged right were driver's side door opened so saw this every day and couldn't fix it to save my life. Chris some how remembered my dismay and offered to take a look see if they couldn't just pop one in there for me when they did the weather stripping. I know long story but Chris let me keep my original appointment to see if they could fix that clip and voila 15 mins later the heavens opened lol Christian the tech had fixed it in moments and I can't be more appreciative I wanted to give them a tip which ... they politely declined so here I am first time in my 63 years leaving feedback. I am not in the least upset anymore having to wait yet another week. Please appreciate these guys. I went in to have some damage to my car door evaluated. As a walk- in, I was surprised that one of the staff was able to look at my car within two minutes. He fixed the problem with the door in less than a minute, and did not charge me anything. I had some problems with a different Gerber location in Elgin during the past year, but this location is top of the line. I highly recommend the service at this particular location.

I've lived in Elgin for many years. And I've always brought my cars to Gerber. Everything from a paint touch up before selling a car, to collision repair. The staff at Gerber are great. Always keeping me informed on the progress of my repair.
