My Honda service dept., as well as my insurance carrier at State Farm referred me to Gerber Collision & Glass. The service I received from this business was not of this world! Very professional with outstanding customer service! State Farm claims explained to me I had chosen to take my vehicle to a certified business with extremely high standards. Gerber came highly recommended to me by my insurance carrier as well! I received a call the day before I returned, saying my vehicle was ready for pickup; several days early!!! When I returned I found my Honda, spotless inside & out! The snafu was like it never happened! I will refer my family & friends to Gerber!!! Thank you for an awesome experience!

Everyone we had contact with was friendly and professional. They answered all our questions and were available when we needed them. They pointed out possibilities for extra work that might be needed once their techs started. The car was not only repaired to our complete satisfaction, but it was done ahead of the estimated time for completion. They also cleaned the car inside and out. Overall it was a better experience than we hoped for. We would definitely use Gerber Collision again should the need arise!
