Gerber made me feel like a Rock Star! I felt valued. They assessed my accident in a very short time. They ordered a rental for me. The car that was sent was too large for me. No problem! The next day someone drove me to the car rental to find a car that would be comfortable for me to drive. My car was fixed in a timely matter. The repair was over the top. The paint match was perfect. They washed and polished the area that was fixed. It looked better then before the accident. I highly recommend Gerber in Greenville S.C. I give them 10 stars!!!

Very professional body shop, great work, exceptional communication. Having your car repaired is always a headache and never pleasant, but Gerber made the process as smooth as possible. I was referred to this body shop through a 3rd party's insurance and decided to use them due to proximity and reviews. Dropped my car off for estimate/repairs on a Tuesday morning and had my car back Thursday afternoon. Would highly recommend and would most definitely use again for any future repair needs.

By far the best shop I have had the pleasure of bringing my car to. Gerber Collision @ Greer team is diligent, professional, and provide the most reasonable prices for a 5-star job, done only by the best. They walked me through their process of how they would approach fixing my vehicle, the various options they offer, offered me a reasonable estimate, and completed within a reasonable time. I will be returning for additional work that I need done, because I only want this shop working on my vehicle.

Bumper alignment was done in timely manner. I received notice when they started and notified the morning it was to be completed. Staff was friendly and informative. I have used Gerber in Columbia in another location.

Words cant describe how happy I am!! Gerber Collision not only met my expectations but did an outstanding job!! I would also like to shout out Ashley, she walked me through the whole repair process and called me almost everyday to let me know how the repairs were going!!! The car looks brand new and couldn't even tell that I hit a deer!!! Wonderful experience and very professional!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Would definitely recommend Sumter Gerber Collision & Glass!!
