Took the car to Gerber because I support locally owned businesses. Upon arrival was greeted by David. He had great customer service and made you feel like it would be an easy process. We ended up needing a rental car and their partnership with Enterprise made that easy too. The car looks like new. They went above and beyond and cleaned the whole car. They stayed in touch during the entire process. I was very pleased. A plus!!!

Took my truck to shop on 13 Sept 2021 and was told it would done on 24 Sept 2021 and I picked it up on the 24th. It looked muck better than when I took it in and it was hard to tell that any type of repair had been done. I was updated of the progress every day by text of how things were going and if it was still on time for delivery back to me. Very satisfied with the work done and the staffs attention to my vehicle. Thanks to all at Gerber in Sennett N.Y.

The quality of work was very good. I give it a rating of 4 because it took 23 days (December 15 to January 5) to repair $2700 worth of work. I was without a vehicle all those days and need to rely on others to commute to work.
