This company did a phenomenal job on the repairs for my 2013 F-150. The quality of the workmenship is outstanding; looks like a brand-new truck. Jeremy, Mike and Connie at the front desk are the best. They communicate with you and keep you apprised of how the repairs are going. Highly recommend this company for your vehicle repairs.

Unfortunately I have had frustrating experiences with another auto repair shop. Gerber was recommended by two different friends . Each one spoke of the professional, fair, clean work. I was fully informed of ALL the repairs before signing the agreement to do the work. The progress of the repair was given Tuesday and Thursday!! Dates of completion were always honored. The shop is a well run business and communication is a priority.

They did an incredible job, way beyond what was expected. Detailing was wonderful. Not even a speck of dust was found on the interior. Receptionist, Connie was as pleasant a person as I have ever encountered and Matt, the repair technician was incredibly detailed ab out conveying the process that was to be involved in the repair. Can not say enough good about the whole process. A 20 out of 10.

I have utilized several collision repair centers in several states over many years. I found Gerber Collision to be the absolute best service I have ever experienced. From the time I arrived to get an estimate I was met at the door by Connie. As I have mobility issues she was very helpful with entry. I was told I would need to come back the next day as they were booked for the day to give estimates. The office manager Jeremy C. said he would take a look at my damage and offer a suggestion. Upon his visual look he said they could repair the damage and Connie would make me an appointment. The next day at 11:00 AM Jeremy met me and looked at the damage and proceeded to give me an estimate. I was pleased and ask when they wanted my Honda Pilot Elite as I was prepared to leave it then. i received a call on Thursday morning from Matt and got up ... read more
