They did an incredible job, way beyond what was expected. Detailing was wonderful. Not even a speck of dust was found on the interior. Receptionist, Connie was as pleasant a person as I have ever encountered and Matt, the repair technician was incredibly detailed ab out conveying the process that was to be involved in the repair. Can not say enough good about the whole process. A 20 out of 10.

I had a rear panel and rear bumper replaced on my 2021 Ram 1500. When I went and picked up vehicle I looked it over pretty good and I got to tell you you would never no it was ever in an accident. There customer service was excellent,friendly and explained everything Thank You Gerber team Great job

I have utilized several collision repair centers in several states over many years. I found Gerber Collision to be the absolute best service I have ever experienced. From the time I arrived to get an estimate I was met at the door by Connie. As I have mobility issues she was very helpful with entry. I was told I would need to come back the next day as they were booked for the day to give estimates. The office manager Jeremy C. said he would take a look at my damage and offer a suggestion. Upon his visual look he said they could repair the damage and Connie would make me an appointment. The next day at 11:00 AM Jeremy met me and looked at the damage and proceeded to give me an estimate. While visiting the Barefoot Bay, FL area our front driver's side windows broke...in the down position. Gerber was able to fix the window the next day for a fair price. As we approached our vehicle, we noticed it had been thoroughly washed! We were even more pleasantly surprised to find the inside had also been vacuumed and wiped clean!
