I am extremely pleased with my car repairs. This company worked on my car after another collision company accepted my repairs but then decided not to work on my car but never let me know. They also used 1/4 tank of my gas and then swore they didn't but there was gas missing and I didn't have the car because they had it. So then I was referred to Gerber Collision and glass and my whole world changed for the better. John D., the estimator, not only had the utmost professional attitude and was very knowledgeable and right away I felt safe and not worried at all about leaving my car there. They also repaired driver's window which was a separate repair from the State Insurance claim repair. I had the car back within about 1 1/2 days. When I saw my car I was ecstatic from not only the perfect job they did but also because they washed my car. ... This type of service is extraordinarily hard to come by. The level of customer service skills I received was a breath of fresh air compared to everywhere else. I will happily refer others to them and I will not go anywhere else unless they can't repair it, which I seriously doubt would ever be the story. read more

A distracted driver hit my car and my insurance company sent me to this Gerber location just a few minutes from my house. Everyone I dealt with there - Dani, Jason, and others - were helpful and kept me posted about the status of the repair process. The car looks great and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. It was a gift to have the Gerber team helping me through what was othewise a stressful situation! Thank you Gerber!

First of all thank you to Skye for keeping the exhaust fans restricted to 8-5, M-F. The neighborhood appreciates the quiet. Secondly I have been hearing reports about the night crew that I would like to pass on. 1) One night recently they decided to blast the volume on their favorite song to concert level, at 3:45am. It was enough to wake me and a couple of other neighbors. 2) Not this last Friday but the Friday before they decided to run the big exhaust fans after hours 10-15 minutes or more on, then off, then on again, then off, several times. 3) One of the employees is building what he described to a neighbor as a "Lock Box" in the alley behind the shop complete with a poured concrete base. You can check with the city but I don't believe a permanent structure is legal in a city owned alley, and, for the number of incidents we ... have had over the years in the alley(homeless camping, home break ins, graffiti) if the employee is planning on storing anything of value in that lockbox I can guarantee you that it will be broken into and anything inside will be stolen. read more

My rear bumper came loose after I backed into a pole, and the manager, Brandon, was absolutely wonderful -- fixed it fast and was great to deal with! My kudos to him and Gerber Collision, which I will definitely use again if my car needs future damage repair.
