Kira and team did fantastic work on our car today. Great service and very good to work with. They explained everything and was very happy. Great value as well as great follow up Kira. You were the only company out of three quotes that bothered to follow up. They said as well the car will be done in 45 minutes which it was , other places wanted the car for two day. Steve L. was the person I dealt with and was very understanding that I needed him to remove his COVID-19 mask due to my hearing impairment so I could read his lips and I was very satisfied with that and the service I got. I also appreciated the e-mails on the progress of the repairs. I would use this place every time!!! They did a great job on our car. Not only the outside but the inside too.

Nathan and his team were amazing! He worked it out so my older/ paid off car could be fixed! The paint matches perfectly, you can't even see that I had been rear-ended! I was updated every day, and it was finished a day ahead of schedule! He could have easily "totaled" my car but instead decided to let me put another one or two hundred thousand miles on it! I am so grateful to Nathan and his team for doing an excellent job and going out of his way to make me happy! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I will always recommend Gerber and return if needed. (Hopefully not) :)

My car sustained serious body damage in an accident. Gerber did an outstanding job on repairing it. Not only does it look like a brand new car, but through the entire process, I was updated at least twice a week on the status of the work. The office staff is very professional and ALWAYS someone answers the phone. I would recommend anyone to go to Gerbers to have body work done. They are amazing.
