Service here was awesome. My car was done quicker than expected and looks great!! Whoever detailed my car did an amazing job. They even took off the dealer lettering on my trunk that was starting to fade and peel. That's something I wanted done for awhile! Stevie is truly an asset to this location. She is friendly and called me every time there was something to be updated on. Please have whoever is in charge of this location commend her on her work and show her this review please.

I was greeted promptly for my appointment upon arrival. They helped me set up my rental car and got me in and out quickly. Ashley the estimator was the best! She explained everything and called with regular updates even though I know she was busy. She even stayed late with another person on a Friday night to allow me to pick up my vehicle. I'm so impressed with the service I received from Ashley and all the staff! They are the best!

My estimator, Leah W., was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The convenience of how Gerber works with the rental service, Enterprise, allowed me to easily get in and out which proved helpful during the work week. Not only, was the entire process painless, but I was able to get my car back the next day and it looked wonderful upon arrival. The entire staff including the two ladies that sat at the front desk were extremely hospitable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be utilizing and recommending Gerber (Savannah), if needed, in the future.

I have used Gerber Collision on Abercorn in Savannah, GA on three different occasions and have been very pleased on all three visits. The office staff were friendly and helpful and always attentive to gathering my information quickly and efficiently. Ashley was always very kind and helpful and daily kept me informed of what stage my vehicle was in at the time. All of the repairs were done so well that you could not tell that there had been any prior damage. When I went there they were friendly and I felt comfortable. They were professional and I felt comfortable. The office staff were friendly and the waiting room was comfortable and the wait time was short. I knew I had made the right choice.
