Just spoke with Sean B., General Manager. What a wonderful young man. He has ordered OEM parts, assured me that their work on my Lexus will be whole and safe. His goal is to repair my car and make it whole regardless of what GEICO says. He assured me that he and his team approach each repair in the most safe way and that the repair and safety of my car is their goal. He could not have been any nicer and reassuring. I will be able to sleep tonight. Last night was aweful! Thank you Sean.

Super quick, helpful, and customer oriented. They made our collision repair experience as painless as possible. Also, loved the relationship they have with the rental car companies, which allowed for easy, no-wait pick ups. Great service!!

The staff at Gerber outshines any that I have dealt with in the 20+ years of having collision /repairs. The personnel is helpful and courteous. Daily updates on the progress is common practice. I highly recommend to anyone needing quality, professional repairs.

Unfortunately, I had to have a back bumper repaired due to a hit and run in a parking lot. My insurance company recommended Gerber Collision and I had never heard of them, so I researched the internet and found no complaints! So, I took my car there for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised at the superior service I received. I returned 2 days later to drop off my car and they gave me an estimate of when it would be ready. It was repaired ahead of schedule, so I was very pleased to get my car back early. I highly recommend Gerber Collision!
