Kim is the best!! My daughter was in an accident in this area, and I had to drive 2.5 hours to get to her. Needless to say, I was a wreck and the last thing I was concerned about was her car. Although when I called here Kim was right there to help and assured me that she would handle the car. She did such a great job with all of that I truly didn't have to worry about it. Thank you, Kim, for making this part of the process very easy for me.

RO number 6200914155 The first day of my hunting trip I hit a deer with my suburban. I called progressive and they suggested having it towed to your facility in Sauk City. I live two hours from the location of the accident. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for running such a solid business. The flow of information could not have been better. When I called with questions the lady at the front desk (sorry, I can't remember her name) was always very friendly and helpful. I got the vehicle back and it looks fantastic. I noticed the headlamps are a bit too low. I called and explained the situation and she said to call when I will be in the area next, and they will adjust the headlamps for me. They offered to have me come in that day, but I was already back home. I would also note Progressive and Gerber worked very well together. ... Given the level of customer service I am accustomed to receiving these days it was so refreshing to work with a company that still understands and employs honesty and work ethic. Thanks again!
