I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Gerber Collision. The process was quick and simple. I particularly enjoyed that they updated me twice a week on the state of my vehicle and kept me up-to-date on the estimated cost as well as the timeline for completion. They finished the repairs well ahead of schedule and even handled the return of my rental car for me. Their team was kind and professional, and I felt very taken care of throughout the whole process. My car was also spotless when I picked it up, both on the interior and exterior. Would recommend!

I rank this company high on customer service. They provided excellent communications, with updates during the repair period. It was a stressful situation, and they provided a relaxed atmosphere of the exchanged information. Perfect, except for a couple of errors made in the record RO#5100719550...My car was dark cherry color; it was recorded as "black"; vehicle out date was recorded as 6/18/2025; I picked it up 6/17/2025. The car looks great!
