Thank you to TJ W. ! He did a minor adjustment to my front (low end ) bumper (Lexus IS 250) and didn't charge me ! He was fast efficient and fixed the problem in no time . Appreciate his kindness . My husband has his Subaru Outback repaired several yrs ago after a rear end bump and they did a fantastic job as well . Thank you to the staff at Gerber !

The young man/ service attendant and or shop manager named either Grant or Jordan was a true joy to deal with. The type of service in todays world is above and beyond and is rare to experience these day. So thankful for that. I will certainly be back with any future car issues. Thank you.

Came in for some warranty work and just wanted to say how great every person I interacted with was. It was taking a little longer and they helped me with my groceries as well as offered to take me to the mall or home almost an hour away just so I didn't have to sit and wait there. Lily and one or more of the techs tried everything they could to fix the issue and put in the time and effort to fix it while giving me updates and being mindful of my time as well.

I rank this company high on customer service. They provided excellent communications, with updates during the repair period. It was a stressful situation, and they provided a relaxed atmosphere of the exchanged information. Perfect, except for a couple of errors made in the record RO#5100719550...My car was dark cherry color; it was recorded as "black"; vehicle out date was recorded as 6/18/2025; I picked it up 6/17/2025. The car looks great!

What a great experience! Gerber Collision and Glass is a recommended shop from our insurance company, and they couldn't have handled it better. The office lady was a delight, and so kind to me during a trying time. The work was quick, and I was updated consistently throughout the whole process. We picked up the rig, and the repairs looked seamless. They even washed it before they returned it to us. Phenomenal service!
