To Whom It May Concern; This is intended to be the highest praise for JASON M, an employee at your College Ave., Ruskin, Florida operation. I delivered my car, which had been drastically rear-ended, to your College Avenue operation for an estimate of the repair cost, and its repair. Jason was very friendly and sympathetic, and explained in very understandable language what repair of the visible damage would require. He also made clear that detailed examination of the underneath and the "innards" of the car might reveal further repair needs. As it turned out, such further inspection revealed damage, which made the car unrepairable. During subsequent discussions and insurance negotiations, Jason cheerfully helped and advised me in many ways, going well beyond what his job required. Mr. C. went over the estimate I received from Allstate and made recommendations for the repair. I had the repairs done today and everyone in the office was very friendly. Mr. C. told me that I would be able to wait for the service and he said it would take about an hour and it was done in 40 minutes. I highly recommend going back in the future if repairs are needed on my vehicle.

This is the 2nd time I've brought my 2003 Cadillac DeVille in for minor paint/detailing. The general manager, Richard went above and beyond my expectations, hovering over my car and keeping me updated on the progress. He even had his people install a new hood ornament for me. I will recommend Gerber to everyone in our town.

Everyone communicated well and was very friendly. My car looks like nothing ever happened and they even detailed the car when finished. It did take a few weeks to wait for the parts but was worth it and once the parts were in, the repairs were quick. Great experience for something bad that happened!

I was referred to Gerber Collision by an insurance company to fix my car after an accident. They sent a tow truck to my home to pick my car up and bring it to their shop. I was called at least a few times per week to get updates on my car. They let me know everything, step by step. They informed my rental service as well and allowed me to bring it to their shop to be picked up. I received my car back around the initial date they told me from day one. A big thanks to Riley for helping me through this process!!
