My brand-new Jeep was hit on the rear right corner by this lady, and her insurance company sent me to the Gerber Collision location on Alpharetta Hwy (Roswell, GA) for an estimate. I had already talked to the dealership and they recommended another place, but the way they brushed me off over there rubbed me the wrong way. Richard, and later in the process Larry took such good care of me that I decided to leave my Jeep to be fixed there instead of the place recommended by the dealership. Both Richard and Larry answered my 3 million questions, and were throughout the process very courteous, friendly and professional. I hope not to be involved in an accident ever again, but should I ever need body or paint work for my vehicles this is the place I will bring them to.

Excellent service. Repairs were completed as scheduled and done well. Marianne and Jason kept us informed throughout the process, no surprises at the end. People are friendly, courteous and professional. Accidents, no matter how minor, are disruptive. No need for further hassles from the body shop and Gerber does not give you one. Thank you!!

Richard B. did a fantastic job with communication and updating me everyday. Also, I don't remember her name, but he kind person at the front desk was wonderful. She is very accommodating, helpful and polite and I really appreciate that. Thank you for everything.

My contact person was Sharon who made the appt; she who was very polite/business-like and knowledgeable of her duties when speaking to me on the phone three different times. The service rep is named Bruce K. He handled repair of my side view mirror from the first time I spoke to him until the repair was completed IN THE TIME HE SAID IT WOULD TAKE, always being professional and courteous. Bruce explained the repair needed, what was needed to get it done, how long it would take and the cost of the repair. This was the third time I've taken my auto to Gerber and definitely will go there again. And, needless to say, will recommend Gerber, will for Bruce. What I really noticed and particularly liked was when I returned to retrieve my auto, I was not pushed off to another person; was told to wait a few minutes for Bruce speak to with me. It WAS ... a few minutes!. Bruce asked if I wanted to see the repair before I I paid the bill. Again, I found this unusual from other businesses that worked on my Nissan. Top notch customer service! Shane Boyd, my estimator, did a very good job explaining in detail, what would be done. Updates were sent to my phone daily. They not only did a great job repairing my vehicule, they also completed the job one day early. I will highly recommned them to any body needed glass or body repairs on their vehicule.
