Melanie & Ashley were amazing!! Customer Service is outstanding. They kept in touch throughout the process, very informative. Made me feel like my business was really appreciated. I was a little disappointed that my bumper was repaired instead of replaced, but that was a misunderstanding on my part. When we looked at the car initially, I was under the impression that it couldnt be repaired. When Ashley sent me the estimates, I didnt read them, it did say repair bumper & not new bumper. Ashley reassured me of the lifetime warranty & answered all of my questions when I picked up my car. You have 2 wonderful assets to your Company in these two:)

Extremely fast feedback & service. Taking pictures of the vehicle before repairs is especially helpful since I hit my head in the wreck & wasn't thinking about documentation at that time. Will definitely recommend Gerber in the future (hopefully not for wrecks).
