Amazing staff all around. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The work on my car was finished a week ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise. Exterior of car was washed, windows cleaned, floors and seats vacuumed along with a light interior cleaning. They did a fantastic job from start to finish

This is the second time bringing a vehicle in to Gerber. I have had nothing but great satisfaction with both vehicles. On May 5th I was in a accident. It involved some body damage to my Tahoe. May 8th I took it to Gerber Collision in Rockford. Working with them in the past I felt most comfortable there. Jim, Alexis & the staff couldn't have been more helpful, kind & caring. I asked them a couple times to look for things in my truck, they were always in contact with me & letting me know what was going on with the repairs. Jim is aware of the need for my vehicle (I do have a daughter in a wheel chair so its not easy to just get another vehicle to drive as I have to be sure a wheelchair & my other 2 kids fit) & I truly felt he was trying to get it back to me as much as I needed it back. Excellent service. They went out of their way to show me how to use my paint pen for touch ups. Car came back cleaner in and out after service then what it was when it went in. Impressive work!!

Service was outstanding. I took my truck in for a basic front, driver's side fender repair. The cab interior was quite dirty as I use the truck for work. When I arrived to pick it up, the entire cab interior had been detailed and it looked like new! I was surprised, grateful and very pleased. This was definitely an "above and beyond" service experience. My only issue is with the company survey. You only allow for 5 star rating. This was deserving of more than 5 stars!!!
