Very friendly and helpful. Had over $6000.00 of hail damage which took 2 weeks to repair. GERBER paid for a loaner car from Enterprize for the entire time our car was being repaired. We chose GERBER because we wanted a Christian Company and very supportive of community events, ie. Rockford Food Pantry.

On Easter Sunday of 2017 our vehicle was backed into during a family function. The process was scary for everyone involved because of the normal fears associated with insurance costs, premiums etc. We planned on paying out of pocket. After comparing repair quotes from several local body shops, Gerber by far beat out the competition with their excellent customer service and the price was right! Gary was the gentleman who helped my fiancee upon her first visit to the shop. He took the time to walk us through the entire process and answer all our questions. He was a salt of the earth kind of guy .This was the only body shop that said they would repair rather than replace. The repair only took 3 days and looks like new!

Gerber informed me how to manage getting a rental car and get my car to their shop. Employees were very nice, atmosphere was relaxing, and location was convenient. The day I dropped off my car, there was freezing rain. A nice young employee spreading salt gave me his arm and helped me across the frozen parking lot to the door. He also helped with my bags that I needed to put in the rental car for my job. Email updates were a nice touch and the car was ready much earlier than expected. GOOD JOB GERBER!
