Once they received all of the parts they quickly contacted us to get the car in to be repaired. They maintained daily contact to keep us informed on how the repairs were progressing. We picked up the car today and it looks fantastic! They also cleaned the inside which was above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend this Gerber location to anyone who needs their vehicle repairs after an accident or who needs glass work done. Thank you Chris for the wonderful service.

Even though it took longer than anticipated, it was not their fault as GM had parts on back order. Once parts were received I got my car back in just a few days and it looks brand new!

Couldn't be more pleased. Everyone, from Colleen at the front desk to Mary who was the overall coordinator for my collision repair work, worked in a very professional manner to get my car back on the road. My calls never went to voice mail and if they needed to get back to me it was done in a very timely manner. As for the repair work, it looks like a new car!

Service was fantastic. Great communication, above and beyond - everything looks and works like brand new and they cleaned my car before I picked it up. The dealer doesn't even do that anymore! Everything was easy and quick including coordinating the rental car. I received frequent updates. Expectations were set up front and followed through on it .

Daniel C. is very nice and friendly, he kept me updated on what was going on with my car, when the body work was finished and i picked up my car he made sure to talk me through the after care process and made me feel comfortable to come back in the future if ever needed for body repairs. Everyone there was very nice and supportive !!
