Estimator went above and beyond examining damage and explanation of the repair process. Parts arrived quickly and repair completed exactly as stated. Update calls were appreciated. I have had my vehicle back 3 days and I can't find a thing that's disappointing me. And I tend to be fussy about my vehicles.

I found them Very professional! Hit a deer back on 11/4/23 with my Rav4. Did what progressive told me to do with video and pictures, that's not RIGHT! SShould come out and expect any auto. I was getting impatient with how long it took. My first accident and all. Yet they stayed professional knowing that they were doing the best they could. Just REALLY HAPPY I have my car back! I am beyond impressed with the completed work done on my Jeep after a buck decided to smash into it, it looked better then I had even imagined!! The paint matched up perfectly and it was so clean.
