The work on my car was of expected quality and those working in the office were helpful and friendly. It was an easy process working with Gerber. Even when Enterprise Car rental did not have a reservation via my insurance company like they should have, Gerber collision addressed the issue with the appropriate party and I was reimbursed for the rental car on the day I returned the car to Enterprise.

My wife and I took our SUV in for repairs and Gerber did an outstanding job. On the right passenger side I notice my tire pressure was extremely low. I drove the SUV back up to Gerber and one of the customer service guys took a look at my tire and notice a nail stuck within it. He told me to give him a second and he will remove the nail. The gentlemen did just that and then plugged the tire. Mind you a nail in my tire had nothing to do with my repair. He fixed my tire and had me driving once again. I recommend this place to anybody. God has his children in the right place at the right time. Thank you!

This location did a factory like new job on the body work for my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. It was hit all along the right side. The work they did is perfect. Paint, panel joins, and seals perfectly smooth and blended. The work was done within the promised time frame. They even came under their initial estimate for cost! The people were friendly and Charlie Stanley answered all questions and concerns I had. I highly recommend them.

The service was fast, professional, and for this to be the first accident I had ever had through an insurance company that wasn't mine, this was easy to understand. Connie at the front desk was nice and polite every time we talked and Charles was polite and professional but down to earth.
