Darrell and his staff were the utmost in customer service. They explained everything that was going to be done with my car, what to expect, made arrangements with Enterprise Car Rentals ( who were superb as well) and made themselves available to my hectic work schedules. I would come back here in an instant if I ever need any glass or collision repair made and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know, for complete piece of mind and trust when dealing with my car.

This is the 3rd time that I have been to this Raleigh location for car repairs. The most recent visit was during the last week in October-2012. I had minor damage to my 2009 Toyota Corolla, an estimate was given to me, I called and made an appointment to take the car in on 10-29-12, Darrell said the repair would take 2 days and went back to pick it up on 10-30-12 and an excellent job was done. I have found that the shop was in constant contact with me and their customer service was excellent. Hopefully I will not need their service but if I do then I will be going back to their shop on Capital Blvd. in Raleigh.

Hi! I want to say thank you for the excellent service I received from your collision repair center. From the time I arrived to get an estimate, to the time I received my car fixed, your staff was very professional and prompt. It was interesting how I called one day to get an estimate, and because it was suggested that I talk to Cliff I did. Cliff was so helpful from the start. He immediately scheduled a time for me to stop by the shop. I arrived a bit early to my meeting, and even so he stopped what he was doing to provide me with the estimate that I needed. I brought the car to get it repaired and not only the staff did an excellent job, but also fixed the car earlier than it was promised! This is excellent customer service. The repair on my 1997 Crown Vic was not an insurance job. I had the rear bumper removed and painted due to the old paint cracking. This is the first time i have used Gerber Collision & Glass for any auto repair work and was very well pleased. The help was great to work with and there were no hidden cost or other surprises when it was time to pay. The paint job was perfect plus the car had been washed and the inside cleaned and polished.Car looked like it just come out of the show room at Ford. Would highly recommend Gerber to any one. Love that young girl at the front desk she is a charmer.
