This was the most incredible experience I have ever had...When I dropped my vehicle off for repair Gerber Collision & Glass had a rental car there waiting for me...I mean, yes the Insurance had a lot to do with it but Gerber Collision & Glass along with GEICO Insurance took care of all the details...Once My insurance did an estimate on the damage, Gerber Collision & Glass took over from there...every time some thing was finished and they were moving on to a next step, they would call and let me know how repairs were going along the way...Picking up my vehicle was so easy and dropping off my prearranged rental vehicle was a piece of cake...My vehicle looked great when I picked it up from Gerber Collision & Glass as well... I was completely satisfied with the work done, they advised what would be done, approximate time line and contacted me on tuesdays and thursdays with updates, they let me know when they found some additional damage that would need additional work, when we picked up the car and discovered the engine light on and it had not been when the accident occured, they took the car into the shop and diagnosed the issue, a electronic sensor not related to the area damaged, this was above and beyond what they had to do and I give them a 10 for that and all the rest. they were very friendly and easily built my trust.

I brought my vehicle into Gerber Collision for some hail damage through Progressive, and was not entirely sure what to expect. My car looks fantastic, the staff were extremely helpful (I don't know a darn thing about cars and asked a bunch of stupid questions about PDR), even fixed a bulb for me that was unrelated to the hail damage! They also cleaned my car, INSIDE and OUT! (and I had a TON of dog hair in there...) I was really impressed and they went above and beyond what I could have possibly hoped. You never would've guessed I had hail damage. Thanks Julie, Mike, Eric, and especially Jeanette & Justin!! <3 <3

Customer Service was great. Everyone that we encountered was friendly, helpful, and courteous. They explained everything that had to be repaired. They kept us updated on their progress and they worked with our insurance in the same manner. We just got our car back, and we are very pleased at this point. Great company.

The team at Gerber was amazing , especially Alisha. They worked with my sister since she was off to get repairs completed. Went the extra mile to make sure she had rides home, worked on car rental and with insurance company. Kept us up to date on everything. When we go the car back there was an issue and they took care of it immediately at their cost since the insurance company declined to pay and it should have been part of the original repair. I will recommend Gerber to everyone. I cant say enough about the quality of customer service. I work in customer service and my sis is manager in customer service and everyone we came in contact with exemplified what stellar customer service should be . Thank you Gerber.
