From the first phone call to Gerber to driving my beautifully repaired car off the lot a week later the experience I had with everyone at Gerber was perfect. I was given a choice of two repair shops by my insurance company: Abra Auto Body Repair and Gerber Collision. I called both. Abra was unaccommodating, Gerber was inviting. My highest praise goes to Dezmon M. He was like a dream to work with - so polite, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. I would consider him a highly valuable component of your operation. High praises go to Corey, Kacie and Alicia. I interacted with all of them and their customer service was flawless. They were friendly, funny and made me feel so welcome and cared for. All of this resulted in my never being happier about paying my bill. I've been on the planet 68 years and have only had one other auto body repair experience. That incident, like this one, was not my fault, and dealing with someone else's insurance company and repair company was something I hoped I would never have to do again as long as I lived. Working with Gerber Collision in Pueblo West, CO., was a wonderful experience. They are extremely organized and meet every scheduled commitment on time or sooner. Everyone was very personable, and the workmanship was excellent.
