I was sent to Gerber from the insurance of person that rear-ended my car. Because they were very busy and had to order additional parts, my car did take over a month; however, that was not their error. The insurance company did my initial appraisal via photos (poor idea on their part, although this is apparently a common practice). Gerber did an amazing job, they were friendly, organized and helpful from day one from front desk person to, Tina, my appraiser who kept me informed via text the entire time (recommend you opt in for texts). The couple times I called in to ask questions, I was able to reach her immediately. The repairs are flawless. Excellent work. The car was cleaner inside and out when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Would recommend.

Since day one of dropping my vehicle to Gerber Collision with Tina H there has been nothing but great communication on steps our car took to get fixed her customer service and knowledge has been nothing more than excellent & exceptional!! I want to express my gratitude to 2017 Gerber for the work they did on my 2017 Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk. It looks Great and has no rattles or signs that there ever was any damage. Tina , kept me updated as to where they were in the process. It took a little longer than quoted , however I believe the delays where beyond their control. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicles.

I don't know why this business doesn't have 5 stars, but I would definitely give it 5 stars; As well as recommend it. I don't hope I have to come back for another issue with my car, but if one occurs because life happens, I'd gladly come back to here! Alicia and her team were by far amazing!!! Alicia was remarkable with communication throughout the work process of my car from start to finish. She communicated on the days she said she would and if I reached out to her with any questions, she was responsive and knowledgeable of where everything was and that status. She is/was very genuine and honest. I truly appreciate the great communication (which is a very rear thing to find now adays), it helped me not worry and gave me comfort that my car was in great hands; when I picked it up, I can honestly say it truly was! The outside of my car ... looked brand new! You couldn't even tell any damage was done to it! They did a remarkable job! The inside of my car was nice and clean as well. Alot nicer than when it was towed to them. I was happy to have my car back back, but when I saw it (inside and out) I really appreciate all of the members who worked on my car and made it look terrific! Alicia and the supervisor were very accommodating. Alicia did a thorough job at explaining the process and what to expect. I dropped my vehicle off for repairs and picked it up the next afternoon. They were respectful of my time and made experiencing my accident less stressful.

Friendly, Fast, Informative, and Great Quality! From walking through the door, to the moment I left the facility, I cannot tell you how happy I have been with choosing Gerber Collision in Pueblo West as my repair center. Every party that handled my vehicle and me during the process was extremely friendly, professional,informative, and personable. I cannot begin to explain how important the customer experience is and Gerber Collision nailed it! Including the on-site GEICO adjuster and Enterprise Rental associate. As soon as I dropped my vehicle off, the on-site GEICO adjuster and shop estimator walked around my vehicle with me to fully inspect the damage from the incident as well as any existing damage. As soon as this process was complete, the vehicle immediately went back to the garage for work and I was promptly met by the rental car ... associate so I could be on my way. During the repair process I was regularly updated twice each week by the estimator that I met with initially. He always provided thorough explanations of exactly what process was taking place and giving and ETA for completion. They even let me know that I could stop in at anytime to checkout the progress for myself. Pick-up was easy. My car was ready and parked up front when I arrived. A GEICO adjuster met with me at pick-up to go over the repairs that had been made and to ensure I was satisfied with the results. Gerber Collision prepared a nice packed for me outlining repairs,included a coupon for future glass repairs, and explained their lifetime guarantee on the work! I am so happy to have my vehicle back and can't believe how amazing of a job the Gerber Collision team did. I almost forgot to mention how impressed I was with the paint matching. Flawless!
