We enjoyed a new service provided by Gerber. The rental car was brought to us and our car picked up. On return was the same. We never had to enter the body shop. The damage was repaired ---it looked great, and the car was detailed inside for cleanliness. Gerber emailed us with updates on the date the job would be finished. Great communication and service. This was welcome service after a car accident!
