This is not my first time doing business with Gerber collision and glass. I have had an extraordinary experience each time. Everyone was kind and kept me up-to-date. I love it that I can return my rental there, especially since I am temporarily disabled even when my car was ready to be picked up. The car next to me was too close. I could not get my walker into the backseat And they kindly moved my car to where I could get in. I didn't get the message to pick up my car till after 4:30 so I was rushing and then I Wear realized I needed to get gasoline but I made it and they said don't worry we would've waited for you. Lots of kindness I look forward to doing business there again if I have to

I was very pleased with my experience at Gerber Collision and Glass. Having to deal with damages on you vehicle is never fun. However, it is always refreshing when staff demonstrate themselves to be honest, trustworthy and competent. My service professionals name is Daniel. From the beginning he was transparent enough to share that my repair would be more cost effective if I were to purchase part and allow them to fix it rather than pay my costly deductible. He was kind enough to locate the passenger mirror and arrange for me to have it picked up. He then made the repair in 15 minutes. It would have been easy and more profitable for them to collect the the deductible . He chose to earn customers trust by going the extras mile and make the minor repair after I purchased the part.
