I was very pleased with my experience at Gerber Collision and Glass. Having to deal with damages on you vehicle is never fun. However, it is always refreshing when staff demonstrate themselves to be honest, trustworthy and competent. My service professionals name is Daniel. From the beginning he was transparent enough to share that my repair would be more cost effective if I were to purchase part and allow them to fix it rather than pay my costly deductible. He was kind enough to locate the passenger mirror and arrange for me to have it picked up. He then made the repair in 15 minutes. It would have been easy and more profitable for them to collect the the deductible . He chose to earn customers trust by going the extras mile and make the minor repair after I purchased the part. Marcel and his team were AMAZING! My vehicle was recently in the shop for 3 separate reasons, and by the time I got it back it was better than new! I'm incredibly grateful to Marcel and the rest of the Gerber shop for how well they took care of my car, and I would 100% recommend them to anybody!

At, first I was convinced that I was going to have my car in the shop for a week at least. However to my utmost surprise, I was able to be back on the road with it in about 4 days all thanks to the estimator "Jeffery K" and the rest of the team that helped! Thank you all so much.

I brought my Honda in to be repainted under the warranty and Marcel was a great help on getting all of the work done in a timely and professional manner. The Honda looks brand new and I've never been happier. The warranty is definitely hassle free and well worth it.

I came back to get my car body work a second time because Marcel is a true professional, knowledgeable and personable. Marcel remembered me from my previous time getting work done, about 3 years ago. Diana was very professional, and knowledgeable. Julie was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. Marcel, Diana, and Julie make for,a great team. I will be coming back to conduct my business in the future. I am very happy with the overall customer service, their professional attitude, and the body work on my car. I came in as a walk-in because my driver side exterior door handle came off. I must admit being a single Mom I was very skeptical and thought to myself "this place is surely going to try and charge me an arm and a leg." Much to my surprise Daryle said he would take care of it for me. I waited inside with my son for less than 15 minutes when Daryl came back in and said it was all done. I asked him how much i owed him and he said "oh i can't charge you for that, it would be wrong." He also advised me that the cap that holds the door on was missing. He said if you order it and come back by i can put it on for you. Guess what? I ordered it and went back the following Monday and he put it on free of charge. I just wanted to say thank you very much! I will definitely be using and recommending you in the future.
