I had an accident and USAA recommended GERBER to me. All of the staff and workmanship is 5 stars! Valerie at the desk helped coordinate my visit and was very patient, knowledgeable and so kind!! Jay, my advisor went above and beyond helping me. There was another gentleman that saw me transferring a wheelchair from my rental and saw me out the window, left the group he was with and came outside and lifted the wheelchair back into my car. The service they provide is excellent and the work they did was wonderful, professional and like I said, above and beyond! This company really knows how to treat their customers. Took my truck in for an estimate on damages from being sideswiped. Jay with Gerber looked at the damages told me he could make the repair right then and now. Once he finished I could not tell that my truck had been struck at all! Very appreciative of the service I received.
