Great service and fantastic turnaround. The perrysburg team walked me through all the ins and outs of the process with the repair and even talked through each line item on the repair order. They were able to get the car repaired very quickly and had it back in perfect condition. Very happy with the entire experience - very professional and courteous.

Five stars for sure. My car was in for collision repair and I worked with Ben J. in Perrysburg. He was excellent, he explained everything. And when the chrome was backordered, he let us know immediately. He went to a meeting in Columbus and heard someone saying they couldnt use some chrome. He checked and and brought it back for my car. This location was very courteous, professional. Will definitely tell someone who needs work.

Fantastic service at this relatively new location. Ben (manager) was friendly, courteous and had great communication skills. Exec assistant at the desk was equally great. The service took a bit longer than expected but only because parts were not as available from Honda as we expected. Car came back immaculate...I mean...it looked NEW. I think(?) they even touched up a few knicks on the sides of the car (my damage was to the hood and grille). They detailed the whole car on return. Completely clean, inside and out. Not sure if that was standard, but it sure was appreciated. Highly recommended!
