Personally, I have dealt with many collision repair shops. The staff here was extremely professional. They made sure I had a rental company here to pick me up, and when my car was ready, I could just leave the rental and not have to deal with it.. They dealt with the insurance company, and handled everything on that end flawlessly. The repairs they did it on my car was immaculate, quality workmanship. I have zero complaints! This is the second time I have had repairs done at this shop now. I highly recommend this place!

Professionalism while still maintaining a "family" type of feeling which lent a comfortable smoothness in the entire experience. Quick and efficient with excellent communication. Having gone through the damage prior to bringing my vehicle in, I had a good gauge as to what needed to be replaced/repaired. There were a couple of issues that they could have easily said would need expensive repairs and that nobody would question them on, but they were honest, and forward on their assessment. This is not the kind of place I would expect to be trustworthy, but they passed with flying colors. I was quoted a price over double what they charged by the dealership.

It was a great experience from the moment I called to schedule an estimate to the moment I drove away after completion of their services. Highly recommended the Lake Pleasant center! Thank you again!

We had to get a catalytic converter replaced on my son's truck and Gerber was amazing. Communicated along the way, finished the job quickly, and was able to drop the vehicle to our home when we weren't able to pick it up. Their customer service is top notch!

I took my car into Gerber Peoria for an estimate and met Skye, an estimator. She was so thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I was upset about the accident with my car and asked for honest opinions. She was compassionate and listened which helped me to make a good decision for my car. I highly recommend this shop.

My nearly new vehicle was in the shop in February to repair left front damage. The finished body work was beautiful! Recently I had concerns that my tire wear was uneven and related to the accident. Gerber treated me as if I was the only customer they had. Thanks Gerber.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at the Gerber on 83rd, and I was amazed at the service, professionalism, talent, and teamwork displayed by the staff. My repair was managed by Ryan, of whom, I cannot say enough good things. From the start, he handled an extremely difficult repair quickly and smoothly. I was always informed, but never bothered. He went the extra mile(s) for me, and it seems like maybe he always does. The efforts and interest of the whole team was impressive. Thank you Ryan and team for restoring my vehicle with such..........Grace.

I was amazed with their work. I got rear ended, and the day I got my car back from the shop, I got rear ended again. I believe Sean helped me and he pointed out everything the last shop did horribly. He fixed the dents and scratches on my car and also the last shop's mistakes. I'm almost glad I got rear ended a second time because it looks so much better after being at Gerber Collision.
