This place is a 10 out of 5 stars! Yes. They more than exceeded expectations with repairs on my vehicle. From the very knowledgeable and professional Ashley who went over every step of the process, including help with obtaining a rental car, to Kevin, the Estimator, things could not have been easier. My vehicle was repaired perfectly in an amazingly fast time. They even made returning the rental car easy; I was able to leave it on the premises. I can't praise the quality of work and professionalism of the staff highly enough.

I have a reputation for being a very difficult person to please. So, when I say I received excellent service from Gerber's, you can believe it. Kevin was not only well-informed and professional, he showed empathy for my problem. Ashley had wonderful customer service skills, from the very beginning of my first call. Great staff all around!
