Everyone I dealt with at Gerber provided excellent customer service, I worked with Ruth Burgess primarily - and she was friendly and accurate with her price quote and estimated time of repair. Also, the receptionists were excellent. I was very impressed with the quailty of service as well. The extra toch of cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicle is outstanding! I would highly 'wreck'-ommend Gerber Collision to my friends and family.

We chose Gerber at the suggestion of our insurance company, Chubb. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. If we had to have a collision with a deer, we couldn't have chosen a better company to use. The work is perfect - everything was taken care of and we were kept up to date on the progress. We'd recommend them to anyone.

To Gerber company and staff: I wanted to send an appreciation letter to you for the experience I had with you during the restoration of the front end of my '09 Chevy Equinox. This was my first time having body work done on a vehicle and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. The coordination between you and the car rental company I used was excellent.
