Randy was so patient and helpful in explaining the procedure to me especially as this was my very first accident. He took care of everything. I received timely, detailed updates so I knew exactly what was being done to my car and how long each part of process would take. I am extremely pleased with the work done to the car and it looks like nothing had ever happened to it. Thank you Randy and Gerber Collision. A job well done!

The entire process was fantastic. Randy went above and beyond what I am used to in terms of customer service. He routinely called me with updates on my vehicles and was outstanding. I also loved the daily text message updates. While I hope not to need collision repair services again, I will 100% absolutely use Gerber if I do!

My employer paid for my repair since the bumper damage was work related, so it didn't go through my insurance. The work was done in a timely manner, and I was very pleased to find that when I picked up the car that it was washed, and even vacuumed! I was not expecting that nice perk.

Everyone I dealt with at Gerber provided excellent customer service, I worked with Ruth Burgess primarily - and she was friendly and accurate with her price quote and estimated time of repair. Also, the receptionists were excellent. I was very impressed with the quailty of service as well. The extra toch of cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicle is outstanding! I would highly 'wreck'-ommend Gerber Collision to my friends and family.
