I hit a deer on a thursday, called to make my claim and had my car in the shop on Friday. They were extremely friendly and very punctual. They paid attention to detail and left my vehicle looking like it did when i drove off the lot. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks a bunch =]

Had a excellent experience with my car repair. Car was towed to Gerber after I was in an auto accident. They handled all paperwork and contacted me serveral times a week to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. The vehicle was repaired to better than before accident conditions.. the paint matched perfectly...All personal that I dealt with were very professional and seemed as they really cared about getting my vehicle repaired and returned to me as quickly as possible. they also handled the return of my rental vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle the gentleman went out of his way to answer all my questions. ( I worked for a autobody shop years ago) I will be very quick reccommend Gerber to anymore who needs collision repair..

I was very pleased with the service and personal treatment from all staff. Everyone was extremely knowledgable and receptive to our needs. I was also impressed with the fact that my car was serviced/cleaned to such an high level of expertise after the collision work was complete. I definitely will recommend Gerber in the future.

I thought the customer service was fantastic! The receptionists were very friendly in person and on the phone. I really appreciated the detailing my car received and the thank you note. Great customer service is hard to find these days, so I wish your company did more than collision and glass! Thank you for making a stressful experience comfortable.

I took my wife's minivan into your Bath location for repairs after a vender bender. Wow! What a great team you have there! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Annie and Kelly were the best I've ever met. They truly are rock stars! The passion and excitement they have for their jobs is intoxicating. I could have stayed all day but I didn't need to because they were so quick in getting me out the door and back on my way in a rental. The work to the car was perfect and ever done earlier than expected which is always an added benefit. I hope I never have another accident, but if I do I am definitely coming back to Gerber! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Outstanding and friendly service, quick turn around time, and the extremely high quality of work is what keeps our family coming back! This team has done everything they can to provide the best services in the area, and are true artists with body work. After the minor incident, the team quoted a 5 day repair, and had it back to us in 3! on top of that, the body work done made the car look even better than when I first purchased it off the lot. I will be sure to recommend to anyone I can!

I was very pleased with the customer service I was given. The text message updates were convenient and helpful, I always knew what was happening. The estimated completion date was reasonable and my car was even done early. Everyone was so courteous and helpful I felt like I was in good hands. I was unsure of the procedures for collision repair since this was my first accident and all of my questions were answered in a kind manner. My car looked great when I picked it up and the wash, vacuum, and window cleaning is very much appreciated and a great final touch. I wouldn't have expected all of this, thank you . I would definitely recommend anyone to Gerber for collision repair.

The experience that I had with Gerber was nothing but PERFECT. I was explained how the process was and how long it would take to get my vehicle back. I was actually told that it would be done by 8/6/13 and to my surprise, I was able to pick it up 8/5/13. There was a small issue with the bumper that rear panel that was put on, but Ruth took it back to the technician and it was corrected quickly. The reception staff was great. I was dealing with the people from Progressive Insurance and they were also great. As well as my experience with Enterprise. I live about 1 hour away from the shop, but should I need some body work done, this shop will be at the top of my list. Should anyone I know need repairs done, I will HIGHLY recommend this shop. GREAT JOB to everyone!

Ruth Burgess was my contact while my vehicle was at Gerber and I couldn't have had a better experience. She stayed in touch with me through autowatch which I enjoyed. It was great to actually see the progression of my vehicle instead of just wondering what was happnening with it. She was very thorough with me and made sure I understood everything that would happen, was happening and finally what all the final repairs were. I would definetly bring my car back there again, although I'm hoping I won't have to!!
