My car was given a complete estimate and then I scheduled my car to be repaired. It was complete in less time then estimated. And a superior job to boot. Your staff is a friendly and professionall staff that makes you feel at easy even though you have damage to your car. Once I arrived to pick up my car it looked as good as new. Hat's off to all your staff and employee's at the Allentown destination. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

David Leverington was the Estimator who worked with me on my car. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He discussed with me what he thought I needed to have done and told me why. When the work was finished, he showed me what had been done giving me clear, understandable explanations. From the initial call to set up the work to the office staff at the location, everyone was very courteous and helpful as well. I am pleased with the final results and am very pleased to have used Gerber. Thank you.

My car was involved in a flash flood and there was water damage. Gerber helped me through the repair process with this water damage. They communicated on regular basis with us to make sure we understood the process for repairing water damage. They communicated thru email with photos of the car during the repair cycle. I was very impressed with the friendly service from all their employees, including the person answering the phones to the employee repairing the car. I would recommend Gerber to all my friends for service.
