Service was good, people in service were friendly. I was satisfied with the work completed to this point. I was charged twice to my credit card (once before and again after) for the work, but am hoping that this will be resolved in a timely manner.

Couldn't have made a better impression on me! I received my car back in better shape than before. Repairs were done in timely fashion and as expected and an added bonus of having my car cleaned inside and out! I will not hesitate to "wreck-ommend" Gerber in the future. I will consider using Gerber for other services as well. Thank you for going above and beyond with your service...doesn't happen much these days!

The repairs on my car were perfect. It was nice and shiny when I got it back! Plus, they cleaned the inside, which was a complete mess. It was even done early, which saved me money on my rental. The staff is super nice and kept in touch with updates. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs collision repairs.

I also am a voracious reader of sales & business periodicals, always on the look-out for innovative practices that can be adopted to make our company better and more customer-centric. In all my years as a sales professional & manager I have never witnessed such an exemplary and comprehensive display of customer service as I did with Gerber Collision. I wish I could have made a video journal of my experience to show every new employee what to aspire to. My only regret is that you don't provide services I could use daily. I was utterly wowed!
