Randy Kuntz and his staff did an outstanding job taking care of my vehicle. They were professional, efficient and the quality of their work is excellent. They certainly deserve their excellent reputation in the repair business. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision of Allentown to anyone who wants good value, high quality repairs performed on their vehicles.

The repairs on my car were perfect. It was nice and shiny when I got it back! Plus, they cleaned the inside, which was a complete mess. It was even done early, which saved me money on my rental. The staff is super nice and kept in touch with updates. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs collision repairs.

I am a sales manager. I also am a voracious reader of sales & business periodicals, always on the look-out for innovative practices that can be adopted to make our company better and more customer-centric. In all my years as a sales professional & manager I have never witnessed such an exemplary and comprehensive display of customer service as I did with Gerber Collision. I wish I could have made a video journal of my experience to show every new employee what to aspire to. My only regret is that you don't provide services I could use daily. I was utterly wowed! KUDOS!

They were very accommodating, arranged for my rental car. The work was superb and I was surprised they not only washed the car, but vacuumed also. They even went out of their way to help me when my car wouldn't start when I went to leave and gave me a charge. They also went out of their way to call the dealer for the code to reset my clock/radio. Definitely over and above. I would and actually have recommended them to my friends. Thanks, Brenda

Randy gave me an immediate estimate and got it scheduled in three days (with ordering parts) in the shop, I dropped off the Tahoe Monday morning, projected completion Tuesday. It was done late Monday Afternoon -- ahead of schedule !!!!! I was given a ride to work Monday AM (only 3 miles away), but still a BIG assistance. FANTASTIC JOB on the Tahoe ---- I hope I never need your services again, but if I do I'll be back !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The work took an extra week due to trouble finding 2 doors for my 10 year old Subaru but I was very satisfied with the work. I did not mind that I had to wait an extra week because I would rather have it this way and a nice job. Thanks to Dave and the office staff. They were very kind and helpful. I would use them again but hope I don't have to.
