Great repair work. Car cleaned inside and out (a surprise, indeed). I was driven home and picked up, also a surprise (we only have one car). Happy people who gave me a warm feeling which was super to experience in today's world of indifference.

Very friendly staff,I was treated as if I was a family member, they explained all the work, all work was done in a timely manner. I left there feeling very confident that my car was fixed properly! My service was comprehensive and incredibly personal from the people at the desk all the way to the mechanics who worked on my car, not only did they repair the damage flawlessly but they went out of their way to assist me whenever possible and went the extra mile of cleaning the inside and outside of my car. I appreciate all work done for me.

Dan was out of town when a tree fell on our car, but I was in very good hands with Progressive and Gerber Collision. Gerber towed my car to their shop the next day and were very friendly and informative. Two weeks later, our car was repaired beautifully.
