I have been using this Gerber loaction for many years and always have excellent service from the folks at Gerber. I especially appreciate the follow up on the progress of my vehicle. The body work and service provided by this location is alway excellent.

From the time I walked in the door till the time I drove away my repaired vehicle, I was treated respectfully and carefully. The work was excellently done in the time they told me it would be completed. The folks there made all the arrangements for a rental car - which was a new Enterprise vehicle. The experience could not have been smoother or more enjoyable. Thank you for the quality work and personal service!

Gerber initiated the phone calls to get the collision repair started, which was nice. I really liked the head technician Rob-he was very professional and kind, etc. Always called back within a few hours. The ladies at the front desk were nice, but not as outgoing-ly pleasant as one comes to find at businesses that are contracted to do service via outside insurance agencies. Work done was all good and fine; they cleaned up the exterior of the car very well-looked much better when it was finished!

We just got our 2007 Toyota Prius back today. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided. The work was completed within the original timeframe told to us, we were provided with phone updates, and everyone was extremely polite and friendly. The car had even been cleaned and vacuumed! All around great experience.

Everyone at this shop is Great! I've used this shop twice in the last 6 months. My Rental car is always ready when I drop off my vehicle. They are very accurate with how long the repair will take. Highly recommended.

This is my first experience with Gerber, I was extremely pleased with them and would highly recommend them! The women there are very friendly and so helpful in everyway, you feel like you have known them forever! This company keeps you updated though out their work progress and will go out of their way to keep you a happy customer! I am pleased with the repairs and how fast they worked to get my car back to me!

vehicle was brought in for front bumper repair, rental car was there when i dropped off. quality of the work was very impressive. The gentleman that cleaned my car after the work was done was so good i will now go to him for detailing. Kayla and Joe are very helpful and professional with the entire process. Highly reccomended
