I initially brought my car to Gerber for an estimate to provide to the insurance company because you worked directly with them. During this visit I quickly made the decision to have the repairs completed here even though I couldn't get in right away. The customer service provided was phenomenal and I didn't care how long I had to wait because I felt I'd be in good hands. That has certainly proved to be true. The car looks beautiful and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. There were a few bumps in the end with the insurance company but your staff went above and behind to make sure things went smoothly. A big thank you to everyone I worked with for caring so much and taking the time to communicate and ensure things went smoothly - it's very rare to find and I will recommend you over and over again !

From the time I walked in the door till the time I drove away my repaired vehicle, I was treated respectfully and carefully. The work was excellently done in the time they told me it would be completed. The folks there made all the arrangements for a rental car - which was a new Enterprise vehicle. The experience could not have been smoother or more enjoyable. Thank you for the quality work and personal service!

Gerber initiated the phone calls to get the collision repair started, which was nice. I really liked the head technician Rob-he was very professional and kind, etc. Always called back within a few hours. The ladies at the front desk were nice, but not as outgoing-ly pleasant as one comes to find at businesses that are contracted to do service via outside insurance agencies. Work done was all good and fine; they cleaned up the exterior of the car very well-looked much better when it was finished!

We just got our 2007 Toyota Prius back today. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided. The work was completed within the original timeframe told to us, we were provided with phone updates, and everyone was extremely polite and friendly. The car had even been cleaned and vacuumed! All around great experience.

Everyone at this shop is Great! I've used this shop twice in the last 6 months. My Rental car is always ready when I drop off my vehicle. They are very accurate with how long the repair will take. Highly recommended.
